Great place to go and eat comfort food no matter the time of day. You can have breakfast at 8pm if you wanted to, up to you. It's the first slightly more upscale spot that offers all day breakfast I've personally been to. We don't have a Shari's in louisville so we visited twice to take advantage of the fact.

I ordered the egg Benedict and wow, it was absolutely mesmerizing. It was the first time I had an eggs Benedict and I wasn't disappointed. Their pancakes were also great, nothing to run home about but definitely good.

The biggest downside was the experience was different during each visit. The first time I visited I ordered the Eggs Benedict and it wasn't great, the second time I went I ordered the same (what can I say I'm a one trick pony) and it blew my socks and shoes off. The experience needs to be consistent because if I hadn't gone that second time this review was be different, and not everyone would give an establishment a second chance.

Nail the consistency and you have a great great restaurant. Overall great experience second time around.

    DISGUSTINGLY OVER SWEET!!
Every item in the menu tastes like it was drenched in a sugar bath before being cooked! Starting with the hot chocolate, to the pancake and even the Eggs Benedict! Yuck!! The Fried Steak was like eating cardboard with how tough it was and grossness the sauce on top of it! Not to mention the overly runny runny eggs!

My company chose this restaurant to eat in that day because they said "it's not busy" so we can just hurry up and go instead of going to a better restaurant that will have a waiting list to sit for breakfast. Now, I DON'T WONDER WHY THEY'RE NOT BUSY!!

I live close so I'm here maybe one a week. (My one weekly dietary indulgence - breakfast not prepared by myself haha) The food quality is consistent, and the service is good too. Shari's is known for their pies, and the one that I have had -s'mores, was good.

My only recommendation is to try not and be here during the breakfast rush. With as many staff members that were present, I was still waiting for someone to acknowledge me or take my order for a good 10 minutes. But after that it was all uphill.

Ordered a salad and ordered $2 chicken noodle soup on the side late at night and my doordash called me 40 minutes later that they got no chicken noodles soup. He told me they can substitute it with a pea noodle soup said the cashier or should I say "Judy"just said any soup is fine if they don't have chicken. When I got the soup it didn't even look like a soup! Very disappointing because it was super salty and tasted old.

I came in on Labor Day around 10am. Surprisingly it wasn't that packed. We got seated then soon the waiter Jeanette came to our table. She got out drinks and ordered are food. About 15 minutes later we got our food everything looked. We needed some Tabasco but she was no where to be found after minutes of waiting for her I just decided to go to the counter and ask someone for Tabasco. I had finished my coffee and didn't have anything to drink while I ate my food. She finally came to our table when we were done with our food 20 minutes later asking if we needed something else. So I asked for more coffee and she brought out the check also. I put my card in there and set it on the edge of the table. We waited and waited and waited. She never took it, so finally I went to the counter and eventually got helped by someone there. I asked if we pay at the counter or they come to the table and take the card. She told me they come to the table but I waited almost 40 minutes and obviously our waiter never came. As always the food was delicious but the service was not good at all.
